The E! and reality television star was seen out and about West Hollywood Monday morning with husband, Bill, and their two-year-old son, Duke. Giuliana's small frame was seen in striped pants and a white blouse with oversized sunglasses and once again the weight gossips started. Many observed that she has become more.emaciated, which has sparked rumors that the 40-year- old has anorexia or another eating disorder.
