TV host Giuliana Rancic replies critics who said she's too skinny.

The E! News star is currently in Sydney,
Australia to host the ASTRA Awards, and said
she knows the truth about her super slim
physique.

"I think the best thing to do, honestly, is not
even talk about it. You know?" she told the
Daily Mail. "As long as you know the truth,
that’s all that matters."

Guiliana Rancic has been in the headlines in
recent weeks for both her thin frame, which
sparked concern at the Grammys, and then
her 'racist' comments about Disney star
Zendaya on Fashion Police.
