Photos: Meet the 3-year-old taking the fashion world, social media by storm
Meet London Scout, a pint-sized fashion icon, has more than 70,000 Instagram followers and recently snagged a front-and-center seat at Petite Parade’s Kids Fashion Week.
She's also 3 years old.
“She has very stylish, inspirational outfits that adults would actually want to wear, so I think that is one of the reasons why it caught on so quickly,” her mom, Sai De Silva, told TODAY's Jenna Bush Hager. “And I don't want to be biased or anything — but she is a little cute.”
