Things you need
  A white nail polish
  A sky blue nail polish
  A deep blue nail polish
  A Glitter nail polish

What to do
   First paint your nails with the white polish and allow to dry. Next paint the nails with the sky blue polish starting few inches away from the root of your nails, apply a double coat and allow to dry. Apply three coats of deep blue polish at the tips of your nails, give it a few minutes to dry and finally give it that shine by applying your glitter nail polish as a top coat and you're done!
