Bum-enhacing jeans; The New BIG Fashion Trend?

It seems we all want a piece of Kim
Kardashian's famous derrière, as new,
bottom-boosting jeans have been flying off
the shelves ever since they landed in
Debenhams this week.

The hi-tech Shape Enhancing Jeans from
designer Jasper Conran, (£45, that's about #11,430), promise to discreetly lift and boost bottoms for the appearance of curves and they've been so popular that many sizes have sold out already. Through a combination of a cheek-enhancing cut, built-in heavy denim for bulk and curve and control panels to flatten the tummy, a whole two inches can potentially be added to the rear, with a 20 degree increase in
curvature, too.

"Pictures of curvy famous women, from Kim
Kardashian and Nicki Minaj, to Pippa
Middleton and Carol Vorderman, have helped
women with prominent rears realise they
have a gorgeous fashionable asset to
emphasise, rather than minimise," said
Debenhams spokesperson Lizzie Singleton.
"Of course it is a little more difficult for
women with a slimmer, straight up and down
silhouette. The only solution used to be an
expensive gym membership and weeks of
working out, but now buying a pair of
shaping jeans can offer a wonderful, instant
booty boost."
