Rihanna is one of a very small group of people who can pull off pretty much any look with panache. But the singer has suffered a very rare fashion misstep, with her latest look leaving a lot to be desired. Arriving at a recording studio in West Hollywood on
Wednesday evening, the 26-year-old cut a decidedly dowdy and low-key figure in a mismatched get-up.
She's in a loose and layered blue and white
checked dress, that draped down over her knees. And, while a bare leg may have just about saved her ensemble, she opted for a pair of light blue boyfriend jeans, adding even more bulk to her lithe frame.
She covered up even more in a cropped leather jacket, and donned a pair of simple black lace-up trainers. Known for proudly showing off her skin and enviable physique in an array of high-fashion and often daring get-ups, this working look was certainly a departure for the usually-immaculate star.
