Revealed: The most powerful fashion brands in the world- Louis Vuitton Leads

Louis Vuitton surpasses other
renowned luxury labels such as
Chanel and Hermes with tech
brands such as Apple, Microsoft and
Google predictably dominating the
top spots.

With profit margins at 40% and a
current net worth of $28.1 billion, it
is no surprise that the Parisian
fashion label is one of the most
profitable brands in the world.
Furthermore, Louis Vuitton is a
division of holding company, LVMH
who are in the hands of CEO,
Bernard Arnault, also known as
France’s richest man.

1. French fashion house Louis Vuitton came at
number one with AED 103.2 billion ($28.1 billion)
2. In second place was American brand Nike at
AED 303.4 billion ($82.6 billion)
3. Swedish brand H&M, known for its low end
prices, is estimated at AED 249 billion ($67.8
billion)
4. A contrast to its predecessor, luxury French
fashion house Hermes came in fourth place at
AED 142.1 billion ($38.7 billion)
5. German sportswear brand Adidas at AED 62.8 billion ($17.1 billion)
6. Prada, the Italian fashion name, at AED 56.2
billion ($15.3 billion)
7. Another Italian entry is Gucci at AED 45.4
billion ($12.4 billion)
8. The second recorded brand from the United
States was Ralph Lauren with AED 44 billion ($12 billion)
9. Spain’s only entry is its globally known brand Zara at AED 34.5 billion ($9.4 billion)
10. It was iconic French name Chanel which took tenth place with AED 24.9 billion ($6.8 billion)
