Named as ' Dyspnea Mutha Fluffa Feather Dress ' (or lack of it) the look is a colourful 'cotton balls' detailedfrock. The extremely sheer dress has the cotton balls placed at strategic places on the dress.
The dress currently retails for $583 with internet users already complaining about it been overpriced since it's actually not a real dress! NastyGal reveals that it pairs best with " high-waisted panties, a matching bralette, and a light up dance floor."
